Due to Covid-19 Pandemic we want to ensure you we are taking every precaution to protect you and your products during this time. We have increased our cleaning routine to disinfect every product we received. During this time we offer free over the phone Hair consultations to help serve you best. We will also be giving out mini hand sanitizer with every order as of June 30th as a bonus thank you for your support during this time.
Expect a bit of a wait....
Due to Covid-19 some products have been taking longer to receive due to border delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding, we feel we have some of the best clients for giving us grace and understanding. Most products we have available right now and will be fulfill as per regular service. Some stock is taking longer than normal, we will contact you to do partial fulfillment or to give you a ETA on when the product should arrive.
Once you have received your tracking confirmation, please allow extra time for couriers to deliver to you. We have heard and been warned of some delays, luckily most packages are delivered on time with our couriers.

Please note there has been a shortage of 8 oz bottles, some brands have changed their products to jar instead of bottles.This will not be a permanent change to your favorites, if you would like a empty 2 oz bottle to pour your product into, Make a ORDER NOTE before placing your order and write "Add empty 2 oz bottle". We will include it for free for you.
Pick-up/ Delivery / Shipping
We are proudly Canadian, located in Scarborough Ontario. We decided to offer local pick-up and delivery options during this time. When you check out, under shipping options:
Scarborough Pick-up is free, you will be contacted directly as to when your order is available, and we will arrange a time. As always contact us prior if you have any questions so we can serve you best. We are located at Markham & Sheppard - exact address will be provided.
GTA/ Mississauga/ Brampton/ Vaughan/ Pickering/ Ajax Drop Off Is a paid delivery service that will drop off your order to your door.
We ask that if you live in a condo or apartment that requires mailbox codes select Standard shipping, OR prepare to arrange to meet driver outside with a 2-3 hour time frame. If we are unable to meet up with you or you are outside of these zones you will be expected to pay the shipping difference. NO refunds will be given if drop off is not within these cities or if it is missed. Email us if you want to confirm if your location or address qualifies.

Standard Shipping is an option we are able to offer to all our clients worldwide. We guarantee it will be delivery with insurance and a tracking number by one of our trusted courier partners. Check for your tracking information for updates and ETA times.
